The ‘dosa spaghetti’ implement for measuring out dry spaghetti portions comes from a little shop in Orvieto, Umbria.
Still often cook too much though…

I have one of those implements, purchased in Venezia at school “fair”. I didn’t know what it was called though. It’s the only way I don’t end up with twice as much spaghetti than I need!
Hi Susan, I know what you mean. Took me a little while to trust it, kept wanting to add more thinking it didn’t look enough when it was!
