Looking forward to cooking spaghettini with these lovely fresh ingredients!

The ‘dosa spaghetti’ implement for measuring out dry spaghetti portions comes from a little shop in Orvieto, Umbria.

Still often cook too much though…

    I have one of those implements, purchased in Venezia at school “fair”. I didn’t know what it was called though. It’s the only way I don’t end up with twice as much spaghetti than I need!

    • Thank you, it’s many years since I found this one at a little ceramics shop in Orvieto, however if you search online for ‘dosa spaghetti’ ceramics in Italy, you should have no trouble finding one. Buona fortuna! x
